Kiwis' best talent: Why not buyer a dryer?

Kiwis have an incredible talent to embellish things. Check my former post on 'old cars'.

Here another example of an old - probably malfunctioning - dryer: tradme ad
If you can not read the ad any more, it went like this:

Tempramentfull dryer for $30
This dryer (Shirocco 350) knows better. It will use heat or not depending on it's feeling. The tumbler of the dryer works fine, but sometimes the heat doesn't come on or turns off early.

Although usually I would never even think about offering money for that kind of dryer, but the description made me hesitate for some seconds ....

Another experience of Kiwis' nicest talend was whilst we were on our house hunt. We found some funny ads too. One described a fairly old and run-down house. The ad started like this: 'The owner of the house had great plans. However, due to council planning regulations he could not really get started .... '
