The training pace is getting tougher! Kerrin, Warwick and Louis (16
years old an on the way to become NZ cycling champion in his age group)
chased me against a cold southerly wind into Wellington, up the Ngio
gorge up the next hill to Karori and down to Makara beach. If you think
we stop to enjoy the view on the beach, wrong! We went on up to
Johnsonville and back to Petone. It was a tough ride I can tell you.
